Will definitely be coming back! The food was delicious, all fresh and flavorful, and came out really quickly. The portions were amazing - had our fill and still so much leftover to pack and take home. The server also packed up our leftovers for us, which is just a really nice touch (I love that they brought out the dim sum cart with the takeout containers). The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. Atmosphere and vibes were super nostalgic; reminds me of old school, Chinese restaurants from when I was a kid. Plenty of seating and parking outside too! Will definitely be coming back to try their dim sum and more items from the menu. This will be one of our main go-to take out places, but also so cute to dine in!

This hidden gem has some of the tastiest dishes in the region. Don't be put off by the price, the dishes are not skimpy and are full of meat, shrimps, and the portion size is generous. The price is a reflection of the quality. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Good table size for family and groups. This place reminds me of my childhood chinese restaurants in Toronto's Chinatown. Parking out front, Payment by cash or cards, washrooms on main floor, close to highway access.

Very authentic Chinese food. I've lived in China for half of my life. Once I took a bite, it felt like home, and I almost shed a tear. We ordered 4 dishes, which consisted of The Lobster dish, Orange chicken, Wonton soup, and Fried Rice. Portions were very large, and the flavor was extremely delicious. Our server was very nice. She always checks in on us and makes sure we are doing well. The cost of the meal came to $92, which is a steal for what we ordered with the portions. I'm definitely planning on coming here again!

I have been going to this restaurant since i was a kid, this place has a wholesome atmosphere, lovely owners, fair prices for the the best authentic chinese food in the city. I definately recommend and will continue to return with friends!

Just stopped by for a last minute dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. The owner greeted us warmly, making the experience feel very personal and welcoming. The food was freshly prepared and arrived quickly. Support local businesses!

We’ve been ordering takeout here for years, and the food is consistently amazing — full of bold, authentic flavours and always fresh. Our go-to dishes are the BBQ Wings, Cantonese Chow Mein, Special Fried Rice with Pork, Szechuan Fried Rice, and the Spicy Salt & Pepper Squid — all absolute must-tries! The portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick with service. If you’re looking for the best Chinese takeout in Hamilton, Iron Chef is hands down the place to go. Highly recommended!

Been going to the place since I was little (for 10+ years), the owners are very nice and the food is delicious! Highly recommend the hot and sour soup, we’ve ordered it for years and the quality/taste has never changed! Great place for families, big or small groups. They have good parking too! A gem in Hamilton that should be appreciated more :)
